Farnborough is only 30 minutes from London by train and yet is only a short hop from the heart of the Hampshire countryside meaning that we have staff that travel into work from both the south coast and the heart of London. There is no doubt that travel is a very sociable industry to work and enhanced by an active social committee who not only look after the memorable Christmas and Summer parties but who also look to put on events through the year as varied as mixed 5-a-side football through to theatre visits. Likewise staff welfare is important to us all and so a monthly staff forum ensures that the thoughts of the staff are taken to the MD, a process that has seen Explore recognised in the Sunday Times as one of the countries “Best Small Companies To Work For” an award voted for by staff.
